Using 2021 software to file a part year, final 2022 corporate tax return

I have a final part year corporation tax return to file.  The IRS rules say to file it on a 2021 tax return.  Can I do it on ProConnect software?

Yes, but not electronically.  Paper file.  

And if there is "any" way to extend & file when 2022 software is available - just wait.

It is a royal pain to verify all carryovers, depreciation etc is correct.
