Urgent- Logged in ProConnect as Admin for TXYr2022 Tab at the to shows "ALL 0" "1040 Individual 0" "1120 Corporate 0" i.e,Zero InSpite purchased 9 '2022 Returns' Why?

Please call x-xxx-xxx-xxxx ASAP as since last 45 minutes we are waiting so that someone updates the Purchased Returns at the top with correct number of returns.

This is not Customer Support. It's a forum for fellow users of the software, and anyone else since Intuit won't restrict access.

No one will call you. Especially since they blocked out your number, which is a good thing.

You need to contact support directly.
