uploading pdf file and clearing diagnostic

need assistance in attaching a pdf file to my federal and state returns. With attachment, I get error diagnostic. Without it cannot file electronically.

What are you trying to load? If it is stock sales, you like do not need to. Just put in 1 line each for covered long term and short term. 

If the number of non covered is short, just enter them.
