updating from QBO

Having issue importing from QBO to Proconnect. 1st year user we imported from FX. 2025 return created trying to update to proconnect from QBO, but will not go. It say no current return create a new return. been on with support for 2.5 hours and counting.

Couldn't you have entered that return in less than 2 1/2 hours?
