Under 2019 Return, how to add tab Affordable Care Act Subsidy/Penalty (1095-A,B,C) ? It does not show up in the taxpayer by default.

FWIW... the penalty be gone.

In Lacerte, the reconciliation of the Form 1095-A is on screen 39. The Forms 1095-B,C don't have to be entered anywhere.

There's no more individual mandate wef tax year 2019. PTC is still relevant and F.8962 is available in PTO.
