Unable to see forms/documents

My tax preparer has completed my taxes this year and is trying to send me an invitation to view than e-sign the documents. However, when I click the "View Documents" button, I get logged in and see no documents, and have "0" ToDos. Is there an Intuit support person that can help solve this issue?

    yes, there is. Google Intuit proseries customer support for the phone number
