Trying to resubmit an efile 990 that was rejected
I had a reject on Form 990EZ for missing I believe hours for one of the officers. I added but when I try to resubmit it doesn't lock the return but just rejects it immediately. Is there a way to clear out the reject and resubmit. I have talked to technical support twice and they just advise me to paper file. I pay too much for this software to do that. I even tried copying the return and resubmitting but it rejected it immediately also. It appears to be a glitch in the software but no one at Intuit has a resolution for me.
