I am the only User - Primary Admin Is there a number I can call to get help.

I have a new Client and I am unable to create their client account.

When I click the button to add a client I get this message:

You don't have the necessary permissions to add or edit a client.

If you feel this is incorrect, reach out to your Primary Admin for full access.
