Trouble loading Tax Returns

I am having issues loading returns.  It is taking 5 minutes to load any tax return on my system.  I have tried this on 4 different computer, even different locations.  Support said they have done everything on there end and suggested I post on the community.

I'm having the same problem.  Sometimes even after 10 minutes the download doesn't work.  Even tried different times of the day.

Need suggestions if I'm going to continue using Link.
