What I am suggesting is a utility that will allow an import of the Trial Balance information from other that QuickBooks Online software. Since there is already a QuickBooks Online import utility, why not make a utility that would accept a Trial Balance file in Excel or CSV. The import should also include the tax mapping codes, thereby eliminating the need for the mapping functionality.

If PTO had such a feature, it would create an opportunity to expand the use of PTO.
