All but one clients transferred to 2020. how to transfer

    Wait patiently for the program to really be ready to use. I would expect ProConnect Tax to lag a bit behind the Lacerte release dates https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/product-delivery/help/lacerte-release-dates/00/102913
    Generally it is NOT a good idea to expect the software to work properly this early in the pre-season.
    Answers are easy. Questions are hard!

      Are you suggesting that software problem is the reason only one of the client’s 2019 data was not transferred to 2020?.

      Sure sounds that way.  But for the record, only the truly brave transfer files this early.  Intuit is now known to have software that runs like clockwork in November.
