TO DO list for taxes

This is an ongoing issue over the tax years: I've logged into the taxes portal. It says I have 74 items to do. When I click on it, nothing happens. My tax guy already invited me to log in so why can't I access my To Do list?

Have you tried a different internet browser?

It might be because Intuit software isn't ready this early in the year. It is pretty much completely broken this early. I would wait until AT LEAST mid-January, but likely may be early February until the major bugs are worked out.

Thank you for your reply. The To Do list finally works. My accountant had to "execute" it. Not sure how that works but that's what he did.
