Time for IRS to accept an e-filed return

When I e-file returns, it generally only takes the IRS an hour or so to accept a return once they have received it.  I filed a return this 9 hours ago that still has not been accepted.  Should I be worried?

    I wouldn't worry and I would wait a little bit to see what happens. Sometimes it may take a little time for them to approve it. They could be having maintenance or some kind of issues there who knows.
