You will have until sometime in November to keep e-filing before the computers shut down, but you have until midnight to be timely filed.

    As long as I'm here --------- when does e-filing open for 2023 returns?

    It's that time of the year when those questions of "when do I have to stop" change to "when can I start" 😁

      Hello,

      I hope you can help me with an urgent tax question:

      I am trying to file an 1120 tax return with Form 8810 (Corporate Passive Activity Loss and Credit Limitations) in ProSeries. But I cant find where to check that this is for "closely held corporation" so the system does not calculate form 8810 correctly. Do you have experience with this Form?
