Question

This is my first year using ProConnect and I’ve had multiple clients fail esignature authentication after I send them their completed return. Why is this?

What is the solution to multiple failed attempts? What is the workaround? Can I request access code if I call Intuit? This is such a huge problem for me. If I have to resort to having my clients sign physically, how can I do this?

    @ZentrifyTax Were you able to select the drop-down option to Void the request? You also have the ability to adjust when the request expires.
