Question

There should be a way to clear the rejected statuses. Many times, an extension is rejected so I paper file the extension. Then, I should be able to clear rejection.

I understand this frustration.  I also understand that we need to know when a return is rejected.  Perhaps a new field that says rejected --mailed

This would serve both purposes.  I actual have created that in the status fields for now.

Are you saying there is a way to update the status to rejected - mailed? If so, I would love step by step instructions.
