Question
There seems to be a glitch in the program for amending a North Carolina state return. I followed the steps but the 1040x produces a critical diagnostic interfering state
on the file return screen the federal is clear but the NC says critical diagnostic has to be cleared first but the diagnostic is for federal not state and cannot be cleared
