The "electronic payment of balance due" box was not checked for client's state return but the bank info was in the return. Is there a way to transmit info after filing?

I filed a client's return before realizing that I needed to click "electronic payment of balance due" for the federal and the state. Is there a way to transmit this payment info to the state?

On the tax agency's website would be your only option.
