The due date for original 2019 was extended to July 15, 2020. What is the due date for filing amended 2019 tax returns?

You can file an amended return any time.

I suspect you are asking what is the due date for filing an amended return to get a refund.

irs.gov should have the answer. They released something on this not too long ago.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
