Taxable Paid Family Leave reported on 1099-G as Unemployment

Paid family leave is taxable in DC, yet reported on 1099-G as Unemployment Compensation.

Unemployment Compensation is NOT taxable in DC.

ProConnect is subtracting "Unemployment Compensation" from Federal AGI on DC return.

How do I get it NOT to do that?
