Tax Software cloud-based platform

Could anyone recommend a reliable, user-friendly cloud-based platform with excellent live chat customer service? Ideally, I'm looking for something better than PTO.

    That whole phrase is an oxymoron.

    I don't think you'll find anything that checks all those boxes.

    And I think the better cloud based programs cost a whole lot more than ProConnect.

    The more I know the more I don’t know.
