How do you mark a child as a student on the Washington Working Families Tax Credit Application?

Per instructions student includes children in elementary school.

The only mark as student would be in the dependent screen as a drop down for 19 - 23 for EIC

Child is younger than 19-23. Washington's form instructions does not limit it to 19-23 year-olds. It includes elementary school students

I did not see a requirement to be a student, that is why I asked. I would not get that form work when I "played" with a return. You may want to contact support on Monday.
