Startup cost_I had 1 company with 3 new centers in 2017 Up to $5,000 of these expenses are eligible to be expensed as a deduction. Can I use 5000.00 for ea center?

No.  It is per business.  Also, keep in mind that "Startup Costs" are for expenses before the business opened.  So if the business already was 'open' (such as already having a location operating), there would not be any more Startup Costs for the "new" locations.
