Question

SS-4 left off the LLC on the business name. Loan underwriters are insisting on a correction. All other start up documents show the LLC 1120-s accepted, 941,940, w-2's

All accepted by the IRS.  I can't find IRS guidance about needing the update the ss-4.  This is putting the loan app on hold.

Loan underwriters are the lowest form of humanity.  They will think of the most ridiculous things to make life miserable for someone trying to borrow a couple of bucks.
