Question

Somehow I am getting the following diagnostic...The 1120-C is not supported for electronic filing. Please file this return as a conventional paper return.

I entered something somewhere that I should not have and can't figure out where it is.  I don't want an 1120-C

I am not sure on Pro Connect which you apparently have but if you had Pro Series professional then I would tell you to check the federal information worksheet and see if a box was checked incorrectly or if another box should have been checked.

    Look at Client Information for a check box right above Preparer.

    If that fails use the Search box right below Views = All or In Use and search for 1120 c
