Question

Sent esignature request to married couple. One spouse failed. Retrieved print signature on paper. However, cannot efile. How do I fix this?

Check that you have the following entered under General > Electronic Filing > e-file Signature Main Form:

1) Taxpayer's signature date; and

2) PIN [Override] for Taxpayer's and Spouse's
