Schedule D Various Date

I am new to Proconnect.  The return in question is a 2023 1041.  I am trying to generate a various date in the sold field for a short-term stock sale.  The purchase date is 12/27/2022.  This entry should appear on Schedule D Part I, line 1b as well as on the 8949 in box A.

    Just use a negative. -060623 print VARIOUS.

    Use any current year date with the negative for sale date and use any prior year (or current year) for the purchase date. Look at the description in the detail and you will see "Date sold (negative date=various)"

    There is also an override to force short vs long. 1=short-term, 2=long-term [Override]
