Why is it the folks at Intuit shirk their responsibilty to follow up on issues and continue to place the burden on us subscribers...  My last respnse from them is they tried to contact me but couldn't - I responded with - you folks have my email and phone number so how is it you cannot get through to me...   Now with this third medium available to both of us, I still get not reponse...  The problem I reported in MAY (LAST MONTH) IS STILL UNRESOLVED..............................................   So how is it no one from upper management is around to see WTF (Why The Follow-ups are ignored) is going on here...

These forums are "staffed" by volunteer users of the software. Once in a blue moon an Intuit Employee appears but I don't expect responses or problem resolution here. Just detention.

Thanks SJRCPA for taking time out of your day to write to me...  I actually was looking forward to hearing  another one of IntuitKate's excuses for Intuit's failure to act on this no two month long unresolved problem - she's been the one RSVPing my earlier messages and sticking up for Yasmine the customer support rep...
