Responsibility to reply
Why is it the folks at Intuit shirk their responsibilty to follow up on issues and continue to place the burden on us subscribers... My last respnse from them is they tried to contact me but couldn't - I responded with - you folks have my email and phone number so how is it you cannot get through to me... Now with this third medium available to both of us, I still get not reponse... The problem I reported in MAY (LAST MONTH) IS STILL UNRESOLVED.............................................. So how is it no one from upper management is around to see WTF (Why The Follow-ups are ignored) is going on here...
