Request to change how access to new clients is granted to users without full access
Hi,
My boss uses Proconnect and is the Admin account user for our firm. I do not have a full access account user, so every time my boss creates a new client on Proconnect, he has to complete an additional step of granting me access to that new client. We would like to request if it is possible to change this? Could you create a setting we could use so that every time my boss creates a new client, Proconnect automatically grants me access to that new client at the same time?
