Releasing Suspended Losses in Final S-Corp Tax Return
How do I release the suspended losses to the SH K-1 from a S-Corp in its final return? Is this manual? I checked the Final Return box on the 1120S and I would think that the suspended losses would carry automatically to the SH K-1.
