rejected return not accepting IPPIn

I have a tax return that has rejected twice due to IPPIN. I have copy of IRS IPPIN document and have entered it on prior year and current return.

    Have you confirmed you have the current-year PIN, issued in 2025?

      Yes I was wondering if there was a software issue or wraparound? otherwise I will have client opt out of IPPIN to move forward.

      "....prior year and current return."

      The number changes every year.

        That was the first step verifying IPPIN via IRS portal.Yes I have copy of current year IPPIN. Is there a software issue? wraparound if so?
