Error Message: The e-File database indicates that Form 8962 or a binary attachment with description containing "ACA Explanation" must be present in the return.

Sounds like someone received a 1095A and forgot to give it to you.  Pretty common this past year.  Sometimes folks will get insurance for a month or so and forget about it at tax time.

        sounds like your client had marketplace insurance, and should have a 1095A,or was on someone's policy (parents?)
