Question

Regarding Form 1065 input, how do I enter 199a (REIT) dividends received? I've taken several stabs at this but can't get anything to show up on line 20 of Schd K or K-1.

Try Schedule K > Other Schedule K Items > Other Schedule K Items.  Click on the Section 199A (QBI) Information tab.  Scroll down and make your input on the line Qualified REIT dividends.

It will flow to Line 20 and show up on Statement A.

Where do I find "Other K-1 items"? I only see the following inputs:
