How can I claim missed stimulus check (2020 and 2021) as a Recovery Rebate in 2023 Income Tax. The Credit Section does not include anymore the option in Proconnect Tax Online?

Sorry, but that ain't going to happen on a 2023 tax return.

    Tax regulation provisions that are specific to a year, are specific to a year. Provisions like these don't "carry over."

    Have you investigated amending? There are some new provisions, and older existing provisions, which will allow the refund to be processed, even from tax year 2020:
