Purchase credits to file a 2024 return

Hi

I need to file a 2024 return for a client.. When I go into 2024 returns and try to purchase a return credit.. it takes me to the screen to purchase 2025 returns.  If I complete the purchase for a 2025 return  , can I use it to file a 2024 return?

I need to file a 2020 return for a new client through Proconnect. I was told since I didn't have any prior year credits, I'm SOL and can't buy a prior year tax return?? | Community
