PTO screen = Details: Schedule D/4797/etc | need clarification as to what I should enter at bottom of screen
See the PTO screen entitled "Details: Schedule D/4797/etc." See at bottom of this screen the section entitled "Data Source." See the 3 boxes entitled Financial Institution / Account Number / Description. What should I enter in these boxes?
