Are there any experts here that would be interested in offering mentorship and/or guidance on S Corp conversions and the process to complete in doing this from LLC? Will pay consulting fee to help.

You should probably direct the client to seek some legal assistance. Corporations are controlled by the individual state and they have LEGAL requirements to meet. For example here is California. I think this professional is advising you that you are attempting to do something that is outside the scope of your practice.
