Question

ProConnect says efile status accepted and I have a submission ID. IRS has just told the client's banker no return was received. What's the truth? How do I find out?

When was if efiled?

When did the banker request?

There is a lag between when a return is efiled and accepted and when it shows up in the online transcript request database.

The more I know the more I don’t know.
