Proconnect register

Can I register with proconnect using my EFIN summary application and tracking number without using my EFIN number. I haven't  received my EFIN number yet

Hi, ProConnect requires the EFIN to e-file as our system will send the information you provide electronically to the IRS system for verification that it is an approved EFIN.  You can setup a ProConnect account without having your EFIN, however.  You just will not be able to e-file returns.
