Proconnect; Intuit Link Columns in Client Details Section

Is there a way to resize the columns in the Proconnect: Intuit  Link Columns in Client Details Section?  The Request & Response columns only allow for approximately 4 characters.  Both overlap the column to its right.  Most words are cut off including the template requests that are pre-installed.  It looks horrible.

Are your using ProConnect Tax Online?  If so, which dashboard are you looking at?  There're no Intuit Link columns, Client Details section, or Request & Response columns.

Even if you are using Intuit Link with Lacerte or ProSeries, Intuit Link for Accountants does have a page called Client Details and there are separate columns for Request and Response.  But those columns are much wider than 4 characters wide.  In fact, at a decent resolution, each column can fit 50 or more characters and text will wrap automatically into paragraphs.  There is no overlap of any column.

To ensure Intuit Link renders correctly, it is suggested that you use one of the supported browsers and, preferably, in incognito mode.  If you still have problems, clearing the cache sometimes may help.  Please see this article for more info: https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/help-articles/help/system-requirements-for-intuit-link/00/5581

Thanks for the recommendation.  My page size (zoom) was set at 125%.  Once I reduced it, everything was legible. CESMITHCPA
