ProConnect does not generate or print IT-201X (amendment)
Even though I selected NY Amendment from Profile section, and entered appropriate information into the "IT-201X" section (residency period, previous county, etc.) ProConnect does not generate IT-201X. Only form it does generate is IT-201, even though it shows exactly what IT-201X has to show.
And the CHAT function dsiappeared suddenly, today, so I couldn't ask directly. And again, I have to wait for somebody's answer, not directly from ProConnect service agent?
I am wasting more time than necessary this way.
