There no help on the weekend for the tax offices because I have not been able to process a single return. No real video that is doing a real step by step basic return video no videos for EICmetc that mostly what ppl have in simple returns. Where can I find help with that EIC form not popping up I'm so stressed. If the software is simple these training videos don't help half my staff can't get the return with the program no help.
