Print Federal Extension - MFJ with Deceased Spouse

How do I print the extension?

Also, I added "Deceased" to the spouse's name and I keep getting an error about it being truncated. I've already searched and tried the recommended fixes but they do not work for the name error. What else can I do?

Remove the word deceased. Enter date of death.
