Preset billing

Hey Proconnect community hope everyone's holiday is blissful. Can someone please advise me how to preset billing base on forms used in the system. Thank you.

    Not available in PCT.  Scroll down to Rates per Form Billing. 

    This has a few suggestions in the Idea Exchange where you submit product improvement - Here are a few.
