Populate Passive Activity Loss Form

On Form 8582, I am trying to populate Worksheet 5- Allocation of Unallowed Losses.

I must be missing an input on my Schedule E for an apartment rental that is a trade/business for QBI.

Can anyone tell me what needs to be marked for the loss to appear there?

    The software should do this.

    Is the loss in fact unallowed?

    The more I know the more I don’t know.
