PG 2 OF M1W ISN'T SHOWING UP

I HAVE A SHAREHOLDER FOR AN S-CORP THAT HAD Pass-Through Entity Tax Credit, BUT I CANNOT GET THE PAGE 2 OF THE M1W TO POPULATE WITH THIS WITHHOLDING.

    This is a USER SUPPORT site. You MUST give more information. You mention M1W. That is not in all preparers realm of understanding. If you were to put the state name before it, then  a user would not have to search to have to try to give you a quick answer.
