Pennsylvania Form REV-1630 is not included in this version of the program and will print as a blank sheet with an "Unavailable" notation until it has been released and/or approved by the State and ProcConnect Tax Online.

Intuit just released the form yesterday for Lacerte and you may see the form in PTO today already.  Check again and see if the critical diagnostic is there or whether it comes with any instructions you could follow.
