PDF attachment for Form 3115- multiple Link to Form options

We are including an e-file attachment for Form 3115.  When linking the attachment to the form, there are two options:

19 = Form 3115

20 = Form 3115 - Other

Does anybody know what the difference is?  Thanks!

Are you attaching the 3115 itself (19), or supporting information for a 3115 (20)?

    Form 3115 is being prepared within ProConnect and we need to attach the supporting statement PDF to 3115 when we efile the return.

    Sounds like 19 is for the actual Form 3115 (prepared outside of ProConnect) and 20 is for the supporting statement. 

    Can you confirm?  Thanks!!
