Password protecting a client in PTO

Hello everyone, I am new to PTO and I would like to know how you can password a client so that only the relevant tax preparer can access the tax return?

You can't.  The only way is to disable access of the other staff to that particular client (not return) by following the instructions in this article.  The lack of granular or dynamic access control is one of the shortcomings of PTO.

    Thank you.  That was helpful.  Our firm is currently evaluating to possibility of switching to PTO from UltraTax and we're finding that there are a number of advantages and shortfalls.  Thanks again for you help.
