Organizer / Intuit link not working for one client

The client was married and intuit link or organizer is producing error and is not working under her original name, and even if I change the client name to the husband who was listed as taxpayer in 2024 it's still not working.  I don't want to start a new client as then the 2025 organizer will not have anything listed from 2024
